Kids will be excited to see the festive characters and collect the goodies that they pass out. Watch for the Dairy Queen mascot! He hands out free blizzard coupons!

Plan to get there early with plenty of time to park, walk over, and stake out a good seat. We love to sit right in front of the courthouse. It provides a beautiful backdrop and plenty of lawn space for the kiddos to run around before the parade starts.

As you explore this enchanting village, you’ll be transported to the bygone era of the first century. Booths with displays and performers in period costumes bring the past to life, offering a captivating glimpse into the world as it was during the birth of Jesus of Nazareth. This is more than just an experience; it’s a chance to celebrate the very heart of the holiday season and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas.

The interactive activities available will delight children as they participate in dancing with scarves, woodworking, storytelling from the Bible, wheat grinding, a heartfelt prayer wall, and more. My children LOVED this event and proclaimed it one of their very favorite activities of the season.
